Extract Genomic DNA from Body Fluid Samples.
This gDNA kit allows purification of genomic DNA from
blood, serum, plasma, buffy coat, buccal swab, saliva, and other body fluids.
Whole blood samples can be fresh, frozen, or anticoagulated.
This kit is also good for extracting DNA from dried blood.
DNA binds to the EZBindtm matrix, while protein and other impurities are washed away. The purified DNA can be used with PCR, electrophoresis, and other applications.
