EZgenetm Viral RNA/DNA Purification
Extract Viral RNA or DNA from Plasma, Serum, Whole Blood, Urine, or supernatant from Cell Culture.
Another great kit in Biomiga's "EZgene" series, this one allows purification of viral genetic material from blood, plasma, serum, and so forth. Resulting samples can then be amplified via PCR / RT-PCR and used in other downstream applications.
The procedure has been tested and found able to extract nucleic acids of HIV, Hepatitis A, and Hepatitis C from samples.
