Its depth capability is on par with much more expensive units. The 17.5 KHz frequency is sensitive to smaller targets and mid-conductive metals including lead, brass, and gold.
The dual discrimination feature is extremely handy.
Manual ground balance allows you to tune it for hunting meteorites and gold nuggets.
