Plasmid DNA Purification. 96-well molecular biology kit provides easy, rapid method for parallel purification of plasmid DNA. Biomiga's EZbind matrix allows preferential, reversible binding of DNA in optimized buffer; contaminants such as proteins do not adhere to the matrix and are simply rinsed away with wash buffer. Tris-EDTA buffer or deionized H2O then elutes the high-quality plasmid DNAs.
Kit allows for preparation of 96 samples in 90 minutes or less. With the lysate clearance plate utilized by this kit, there's no need for a time-consuming centrifugation step, and the DNA recovery is increased by 20%.
DNA prepared with the 96-well kit is suitable for RFLP, transfection, automated sequencing, viral packaging, or DNA amplification.
